Short Term Self Storage

We used Curries in Isleworth for just over a year while we were renovating our house. I hadn't used a storage unit before but it was super easy - codes to get in and out of the building, plenty of space to load and unload and an easy to access storage unit that felt really secure. The thing that really stood out though was the helpfulness of all the staff. They made the process really simple, were always friendly and happy to answer any questions. They made the check in process really easy and they have just made my check out process really smooth - phoning me to ensure i wasn't overcharged and making sure I got my deposit back quickly. Special mention to Charlie and Gillian who have helped me recently. Thanks to all the team. :-) L x

So secure 247 cctv, security and the staff are so lovely. Been there for almost 2 years and haven't had any issues at all.

Highly recommend using Currie Self Storage - one of the only places we could find with 24 hour access for us to load and unload after work. They set us up with storage the same day as we were able to access that evening. Great customer service from both Charlie & Gillian!

Susan was very very helpful when i went to view several sized units at curries self storage twickenham, i needed a big storage unit for my furniture from moving house. I was very happy with the security they have on site as it gave me a peace of mind my stuff was safe due to it being very expensive, 1 year later my furniture is still in storage & the after care is Fantastic!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ATTENTION PLEASE BEWARE I moved my whole house into currie storage in jan 2023, we took out 2 storage units, one for furniture and the other for all personal Belongings. April 1st 2023 all my personal belongings were stolen, one storage was broken into, early hours of April the 1st, we are absolutely devastated and heartbroken since. Everything that we owned, saved for, over years to purchase, gifts given by my late mother and father Inlaw were all taken, including my gold and expensive jewellery and all our designer goods. Everything valuable we owned was taken! I went to take out a few things at 6am on the 1st of April and discovered the robbery, I had to call them to inform them of the robbery. We had to call the police Aswell. According to the cctv the robbery took place in the middle of the night, a few storages had been broken into, I would like to mention this all took place whilst customers were walking in and out. Someone could have got hurt. No one knew there was a big robbery taking place surprisingly. The storage main entrance can only be accessed and exited with a pin that every individual customer creates. It’s still a a question, how did they enter? with a pin? This place isn’t safe at all.The police have confirmed the security level in this building is extremely poor. When signing up they promise you 24 hours ,7 days a week security. We realised after the robbery they only have cctv at the front of the storage, there are no cameras covering the isles. So anything that happens in the isles, or upstairs no one would know, as there’s no cameras there. I was told I can store jewellery at the time of signing up, after the robbery I was told that they don’t cover insurance for jewellery. They make false promises. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place, I have used other storages before and never before have experienced this. We are absolutely devastated. The directors have shown no sympathy or remorse. All they care about is their company reputation, they don’t care about our losses or the mental trauma we have gone through and still are going through. I would also like to mention this incident took place 2 days before our move out date. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE if you do not want to go through what we have gone through and are going through!!!

The facility is new with lots of space. Out of hours access is a bit awkward due to poor design of security. Full vans or lorries need to be unloaded during office hours.

Fantastic service, very reasonably priced. Would recommend to all. Really refreshing way of doing business that other storage companies should take note of. Special thanks to the manager for being patient with me and looking after my every need. Will be using their services for many years to come.
