Direct Delivery Service on all storepaks
- Three day delivery on all orders received between 9.00am Monday and 1.00pm Friday at a cost of £6.00 per pack.
- Deliveries are between 8.00am to 6.00pm on weekdays.
- Please note we do not deliver on weekends.
- Our delivery service covers mainland UK only and excludes Highlands and Islands.
- Special delivery instructions can be given with the order; for example to deliver to a neighbour.
Delivery Information
We deliver to UK addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
We offer a three day delivery service on all orders received between 9.00am Monday and 1.00pm Friday at a cost of £6.00 per pack.

Special delivery instructions can be given with the order, for example to deliver to a neighbour. If either a) no-one is available to receive the delivery , or b) your special delivery instructions cannot be fulfilled, then the driver will use his/her integrity to leave the storepak/s in the most appropriate place with a card posted through the door of the delivery address. At this stage we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any unsigned products.
Alternatively orders can also be collected from our self storage centres.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, please return unused items to us within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the merchandise, less delivery costs.
If you receive damaged goods or the items you received were not the items ordered we shall refund the delivery cost and arrange for the items to be returned to us at our cost. Your credit card will be credited within 5 working days of the merchandise being received back at our facility.
All storepaks must be returned unopened.
All returns require a return authorisation number.
